Tinted Glass

 

Tinted float glass also called Heat-absorbing 

glass. This product can absorb large amounts of 

solar infrared radiation and some ultraviolet, 

decrease the irradiation intensity of sunlight,and 

maintain a certain visible light transmittance. It 

has shading, insulation, anti-glare lighting and 

decorative function.

 

Clear Glass

 

Clear float glass is made by high-quality sand, natural ores, and chemical materials, melting them at high temperatures. The molten glass flows into a tin bath where the float glass is spread, polished, and formed on the molten tin. The float glass has a smooth surface, excellent optical performance, stable chemical capability, and high mechanical intensity. It is also resistant to acid, alkali, and corrosion.

 

Reflective Glass

 

Reflective glass is on-line coated float glass that has been carefully designed to meet the twin requirements of architects: the functional and the aesthetic. As this hard chemical layer is fully bonded to the glass, the glass can be cut, bent, tempered, heat-strengthened, and laminated without affecting the coating. Reflective Glass is available in a range of performances to meet most environmental requirements in terms of solar control, thermal comfort, and energy conservation.

Laminated Glass

 

Laminated glass is constructed of two plies of glass, which are bonded together with interlayers to form a permanent bond. The interlayers work to support and hold the glass to create a strong, uniform layer even when broken.

 

Much of the glass that's used for residential and commercial applications is tempered safety glass. In short, tempered glass is heat-treated, making it about 4x stronger than regular, annealed glass. By design, when broken, tempered glass disintegrates into small pieces and is much less likely to do harm.
