1. How long do you exporting the aluminum profiles?

25 Years. In the past 25 years, we are only in the field of aluminum profiles.

2. How long is your delivery time?

Generally it is 20 work days if we have the moulds( depends on order). It needs 30 work days if we need prepare new model.
Also,All depend on the order quantity.

3. How can we get a sample?

A: For new customers, we will charge sample fees/express fees
Guarantee: Sample fees and express fees will be refund to customer in the order.
For regular customer, no sample fee or express fee needed.

B: Samples are very quick, that is usually 3-10 days. 
If popular sample, we could even supply right away.
If need to open new mould to prepare sample, it need 10 days.

C: Once the sample is finished, we will deliver it to you by DHL, Fedex, TNT or UPS.

4. What is your MOQ?

5. How do you control the quality?

We have the inspect team to control the quality problem.
From material to finished products, each step there will be 2 people inspecting quality.
